The Town of Avon has been designated by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management as a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) entity pursuant to 327 IAC 15-13. Administrative activities will be directed from their offices located at 6570 E. US Highway 36, Avon, IN 46123. Additionally, the Town of Avon intends to discharge stormwater into the following watersheds.

Further as required by 327 IAC 15-13 the Town of Avon is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) Letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of the Town’s intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-13 to discharge stormwater run-off associated with municipal separate storm sewer systems.
