The Town of Avon is proud to be a Tree City USA Community!
The U.S. Arbor Day Foundation has designated the Town of Avon as a Tree City USA Community for the sixth year in a row. The designation recognizes the Town's efforts to plant trees throughout the community. Avon is the only community in Hendricks County to earn the designation.
Avon's Arbor Day event will be held on April 25 at 10 am at River Birch Elementary School and will include the planting of trees at the school.
