Annual Tree Sale!
That's right- it's time for our annual tree sale! Orders will be accepted from April 3rd-May 3rd and FREE delivery is available for Town of Avon residents on May 13th. Orders can be made two ways:
1) Order online through our catalog portal. Note* You will need to log in, or create a new account on our CivicRec service. You can not add trees to your cart as a guest.
2) Printed order form and check can be mailed in or dropped off to the reception desk at Avon Town Hall during regular business hours. CLICK HERE for the downloadable PDF.

Order Timeline
Orders will be accepted April 3rd, 2023 through May 3rd, 2023
In-Town Deliveries: Trees are tentatively scheduled for delivery on Saturday, May 13th. Delivery date is subject to change. We do not provide specific delivery times or call before delivery. Trees are placed between the curb and sidewalk at the delivery address. Trees are placed behind the curb for locations without a sidewalk.
Out-of-Town Pick-Up Deadline: Out-of-town residents must pick up tree orders on Saturday May 13th, 2023 between 10:00am – 12:00pm at Avon Town Hall (6570 E US Highway 36). This is the only time trees will be available to pick up. For liability reasons, we are unable to load trees into your vehicle. The Town of Avon is not responsible for orders left on the lot after the 12:00 pm pick-up deadline. Orders continuing to remain on the lot 24 hours after the pick-up deadline will be assumed to become property of the Town of Avon.
Tree Maintenance: Once trees are picked up or delivered to residents, it is no longer the responsibility of the Town of Avon to care for your tree. At this point, you are responsible for all tree care and maintenance.
In-Town Address Verification: Residents participating in this program should verify that they live in incorporated town limits. Residents with an Avon mailing address do not necessarily live-in incorporated town limits. Avon only provides delivery for those residing in incorporated town limits. To verify whether you reside within town limits, please visit https://beacon.schneidercorp.com/. Click search and then search for your address. The address is within incorporated town limits if the Tax District is “Town of Avon.”
No Leaves on Trees: It may be too late in the season for your tree to retain all its leaves. Your tree may be delivered or picked up with few or no leaves.
Tree Selection and Prices
All trees are grown and delivered in containers or bags. Height and caliper vary.
Notice:
1. Trees are sold as-is and without warranty. No refunds will be issued.
2. Town of Avon is not responsible for out-of-town orders not picked-up by the pick-up deadline. Abandoned trees will be assumed to become property of the Town of Avon if left at the pick-up location 24 hours after the pick-up deadline.
